This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the use of the digital platform Salary.cab (hereinafter referred to as the “System”) and defines the rights and obligations of its users (hereinafter referred to as the “Clients”) and the Owner of the System. By using the System, you confirm your agreement with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you must immediately stop using the System.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Before using the Salary.cab platform, the Client is obliged to read this Agreement. Disagreement with the terms of the Agreement prevents the use of the service.
Salary.cab reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. The current version is available at: https://salary.cab.
1.3. Use of the platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
2. Terms and Definitions
Platform — the Salary.cab website and service providing access to payroll-related services.Client — an individual or legal entity registered in the System and using its features.Account — individual access to the System granted after registration.Authentication — the verification of the Client’s login credentials upon accessing the System.Operation — any action performed by the Client in the System, including calculations, payments, and fund withdrawals.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Owner of the System provides the Client with access to the functionality of the Salary.cab platform for purposes including payroll management, recordkeeping, and other features described on the website.
3.2. The Platform operates 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance periods, which will be communicated to Clients in advance.
4. Registration and Use of the Account
4.1. To begin using the service, the Client must register and provide accurate information.
4.2. Upon registration, the Client is granted access to their account and service management tools.
4.3. The Client agrees to keep their login credentials confidential and is responsible for all actions taken through their account.
4.4. In case of a security breach, the Client must immediately notify Salary.cab support.
5. Obligations of the Parties
5.1. The Client agrees to use the platform strictly in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of this Agreement.
5.2. The Owner of the System commits to ensuring the stable operation of the service and the protection of user data.
6. Restrictions and Prohibitions
6.1. It is prohibited to use the platform for unlawful purposes.
6.2. Account access must not be shared with third parties.
6.3. Actions aimed at disrupting or interfering with the operation of the System are forbidden.
7. Liability
7.1. The Owner of the System is not liable for losses incurred by the Client as a result of violations of this Agreement or third-party actions.
7.2. If access is lost due to the Client’s fault, recovery is only possible upon identity verification.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. All data provided by the Client is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8.2. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. All disputes between the Parties must be resolved through pre-trial negotiations.
9.2. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be settled in court at the location of the System Owner’s registration.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. This Agreement becomes effective upon acceptance by the Client and remains valid indefinitely.
10.2. The Client confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms of this Agreement.
